Remuneration: Commission based US $50.00 for each worker placed. The average small to medium business hires 25-30 workers per season - Larger businesses hire 50-150+. A sales target figure should be the placement of 250 workers per season. Commission will be paid in thirds - 1/3 upon execution of a signed Agreement; 1/3 upon approved petition and 1/3 paid after employee starts working at Company.
