A Jamaican Staffing Company is seeking INDEPENDENT ENTREPRENEURS as Virtual Sales Support – to successfully present its list of employment solutions to corporate HR Directors and Managers in the Hotel, Resort, Landscaping and Construction industries throughout the United States.

We offer labor solutions for U.S. Employers.


We're looking for highly motivated and professional individuals who have experience with the entire sales cycle, everything from finding leads/prospects all the way through closing the deal.

The ideal
candidates are those who have experience in the hospitality industry, or experience calling on hotels, resorts and other service related businesses. You will be assisting employers who are interested in employing seasonal overseas workers to satisfy their seasonal peak load. Many employers are having difficulty finding qualified American workers to satisfy their staffing demands during their busy seasons? You will provide the solution!!

We also welcome responses from Outsourced Sales Organizations who provide like services through their own managed Internal Sales Representatives.

Remuneration: Commission based

US $50.00 for each worker placed.
The average small to medium business hires 25-30 workers per season - Larger businesses hire 50-150+.
A sales target figure should be the placement of 250 workers per season.


Commission will be paid in thirds - 1/3 upon execution of a signed Agreement; 1/3 upon approved petition and 1/3 paid after employee starts working at Company.
Requirement: General understanding of the U.S. seasonal Job Market; H2B work Visa; additional information related to Immigration and overseas employment procedures; intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and internet researching skills; call center, or customer service experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish relationships and conduct in-person sales visits to clients/employers;
• Help clients/employers to submit documentation and information.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients/employers with good follow-through and customer support Sales Procedure

VISA INFORMATION

H2B visa allows U.S. employers to hire international workers to fill seasonal jobs in the United States; filling jobs where there is a shortage of American workers. H2B jobs last up to 10 months and can be found all across the country wherever hotels, resorts, theme parks, and other tourist attractions exist. Workers on the H-2B Visa program are legally able to work for a full summer or winter season.

The H2B visa program is available to all types of employers, regardless of industry. The H2B visa helps employers take care of recurring short-term, seasonal, peak load or special event based demands for additional workers.

The H2B visa program allows non-agricultural businesses to obtain foreign labor to fill temporary or seasonal labor positions. Under the H-2B program, foreign workers are hired on a seasonal/special event basis and then return to their country of origin when the season/special event is over.

The demand for seasonal labor has continued to increase in the US while the domestic supply of reliable workers has declined because most American workers want the consistency and dependability of a full-time, year-round job.

The H2B visa program is designed for US employers to bring foreign laborers to perform any nonagricultural, temporary service or labor. There is currently an annual limit of 66,000 visas for H2B workers nation-wide. Use of the H2B program has skyrocketed in the last few years as more businesses have become aware of the program. These visas are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and the limits may be reached...so it is important to get the process started as soon as possible.
